Ville Uljas is a partner at NAG. He is responsible for several client accounts especially in the telecom, energy and utilities industries, private equity and the public sector. Ville has carried out numerous domestic and international projects in strategy and transactions also including special consultation in various board and ownership level engagements.
 

CAREER:

Before joining Nordic Adviser Group in 1999, Ville worked as an auditor, corporate finance analyst and project manager in shareholder value services at Price Waterhouse in Helsinki and London. While remaining active in advisory work during 2000-2001, Ville was also Chief Operating Officer in Mgine Technologies, a software company. In Mgine Ville was responsible for setting up global distribution channels with several multinational players such as Ericsson, Telecom Italia Mobile and Vodafone. Prior to his advisory career, Ville worked for Warner Music Finland in publishing and sales promotion duties. Ville holds an MSc. in Finance and Accounting with supporting minors in Corporate and Tax Law and ICT Business Management from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University).
